Caretaker/Maintenance St. Enodoc Part Time St. Enodoc

We have an exciting opportunity for a Caretaker/Maintenance to join us at St Enodoc by Paul Ainsworth.

We take great pride in keeping all our premises clean and tidy for our guests and our team. We are expanding and looking for a dedicated and reliable part time caretaker to join us. The role is varied, but will primarily involve collecting kitchen waste, mixed recycling, and glass from all our Padstow and Rock sites and disposing of it in our dedicated waste compound just outside of Padstow. Due to our locations, the role requires early morning collections between 6am-8am.

For the role, you will need a clean driving license, and for insurance purposes be over 21 years of age. This is an active role requiring some heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

  • To remove waste from four Padstow and Rock sites (Caffe Rojano, Paul Ainsworth at No6, Padstow Townhouse, The Mariners, St Enodoc by Paul Ainsworth and our head office at Water’s Edge).
  • To maintain a safe, clean working environment at our waste compound.
  • To drive our company vehicle which you will be responsible for keeping clean and tidy, and reporting any maintenance issues required.
  • To assist our caretaking team and help with some general caretaking duties including garden and general maintenance as required at our team houses.
Head Sommelier St. Enodoc Full Time St. Enodoc

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head Sommelier to join us at St Enodoc by Paul Ainsworth.

The person we are looking for will have a hard-working attitude and will be responsible for ensuring every one of our guests has the most amazing experience with us.

As our Head Sommelier you would have an eye for detail and be highly knowledgeable on wine pairing and wine sales skills as well as developing the menu. As an individual you will have a passion for wines and be able to give detailed description on the old and new world wines. You will work closely with the Bar and Front of House team.

You will be communicating directly with guests and be required to demonstrate a good level of beverage knowledge and capable of making recommendations based on personal preferences.

You will be responsible for communicating stock requirements and ensuring a clean and efficient working environment.

Guest Relations Assistant Caffè Rojano Full Time/Part Time Caffè Rojano

The Ainsworth Collection is looking for 1 x part time Guest Relations Assistant to join our reservations team.

Located in our office overlooking Padstow Harbour, our guest relations team is the beating heart of our business, every guest’s, experience begins here.

We are seeking a flexible and strong customer focused, organised individual with an excellent telephone manner and a background in customer service. A working knowledge of computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook are desirable but ongoing training and support will be given. The position would require flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends and bank holidays. The minimum is 3 days per week with possibility of a holiday cover.

Responsibilities to include:

· Taking customer bookings for our restaurants and bedrooms and managing our online bookings.

· Answering customer and supplier queries via telephone and email.

· Taking payments for our vouchers and stays.

· Keeping accurate notes on customer bookings including special occasions, dietary requirements etc. Building a database that in turn gives our customers the very best experience possible.

· To ensure the right information is passed on to the relevant managers and team regarding every reservation.

· Understanding company policies and booking procedures so you can relay correct information to our customers.

· Assisting restaurant managers with printing of menus, lunch and dinner reservations.

· Working with hospitality programs ResDiary , Rez Control and Gifted.
